Chief of Police Terry McLaren reported: "We tested the Striker VG over a period of months under a variety of job conditions before deciding to outfit our personnel. It stood up well and we look forward to many years of use for our officers. The lithium rechargeable batteries make it economical to use and convenient charging is available with the 12V for the car.
